Who are you?

• Fitlads is run by David and Joe Ltd, based at 12D Timber Bush, Edinburgh, EH6 6QH, Scotland.
  
  
• For your security, we're registered under the Data Protection Act. Our registration number is Z969311X and you can check our registration with the Information Commissioner

What information do you collect about me?

• In order to join Fitlads, you'll need to provide your date of birth and email address. You will also be invited to provide your name - but you can call yourself whatever you like, as long as it's used with good intention.
  
  
• If you choose to upgrade your account, you'll be asked for billing details. These are stored securely. We do not store credit card numbers.

Are your servers secure?

• All credit card transactions take place on a secure server.

How do I cancel my account?

• When logged in, click "My account" and scroll down to "delete my account".

Payment Options

Fitlads is provided free of charge.
However, if you'd like to use premium features (such as large pictures and videos) then you must upgrade. We charge the following fees:

For credit and debit cards:

• £3 - one month.
• £9 - three months.
• £16 - six months
• £30 - one year .... buy 10 months, get 2 free!
  
  
• Your card will be billed as "DAVID AND JOE LTD"

For SMS:

• £3.50 for one month
  
  
• Your mobile bill will show "89229" and "60060"

When paid by credit or debit card, your account will be upgraded instantly. When paid by SMS, you'll be texted an upgrade code - your account will be upgraded from the time you input the code. SMS codes never expire. If you have any problems with Fitlads and require a refund, please talk to our admin guys, they're incredibly helpful and will try their hardest to resolve your problem.
