Sounds like you're having problems logging in.
There are a few 'usual causes' for this.
1. How are you accessing the site?
If you are clicking the link in hotmail, or your email
client, try typing www.fitlads.net into the browser bar instead,
as hotmail/email clients can sometimes mess this bit up.
2. Have you disabled cookies?
If you decline the cookies, or don't have coookies enabled,
the site won't let you in. If you don't know what this means, you probably
don't have cookies disabled. Our cookies are deleted when you log out.
3. Have you typed it correctly?
If your username and password are in lowercase, make sure
you use lowercase!
